JETSET Pilates Opens in Buckhead Landing -- and Is Already Planning a Second Atlanta Studio

JETSET Pilates opened a new reformer studio in Buckhead Landing this spring under first-time franchise owners Nick and Neo Celeste, then announced a second Atlanta studio within about a week. Here's what's inside, and why it's worth knowing for the Piedmont Road corridor.

JETSET Pilates opened its newest studio inside Buckhead Landing at 3330 Piedmont Road NE, Suite 13, with preview classes starting May 14 and a full grand opening on May 30. The franchise is owned by Nick and Neo Celeste, first-time studio operators: Nick spent roughly a decade in finance working with fitness and franchise brands before buying in, and Neo was already an established personal trainer in Buckhead. The space runs 2,800 square feet with 18 custom reformers, built around a signature 50-minute class that combines strength work, cardio intervals and Pilates-style resistance training to a DJ-curated playlist, along with shorter fundamentals, upper-body-focused and lower-body-focused sessions on the weekly schedule.

This is the brand's second Georgia studio -- the first opened earlier in Alpharetta under separate ownership -- so Buckhead is its own standalone operation rather than a satellite of an existing location. Within about a week of the grand opening, the Celestes told local business press they were already working on a second Atlanta studio in Midtown, targeted for early 2027, with the exact address still undetermined. A new franchisee committing to a second lease that quickly is a real signal about how the first few weeks of memberships went, not just a line in a press release, and it is a different story than a studio that opened once and went quiet.

Buckhead already has no shortage of boutique fitness, so the studio format itself isn't news to anyone who lives there. What is useful is the specific location and the timing: Buckhead Landing sits on Piedmont Road a few minutes off GA-400, with its own surface parking lot shared across the retail strip rather than street spaces you have to hunt for, and the broader corridor has been picking up wellness-focused openings generally -- a 44,000-square-foot Equinox with a spa is set to open a few blocks south in Buckhead Village in 2027. For a buyer relocating into the Peachtree Hills, Garden Hills or Piedmont Road corridor who wants a reformer studio inside an actual shopping center instead of a stand-alone building down a side street, that is the kind of specific, current detail a listing sheet never gives them.

It also tells you something about demand in that stretch of Piedmont Road specifically, separate from the restaurant and retail openings that get most of the attention there. A boutique studio willing to sign a second Atlanta lease within days of opening its first one is reading the same foot traffic and income data that a buyer's agent would want to know about before telling a client the neighborhood is still filling in or already arrived.

If you are showing anything along Piedmont Road between Peachtree Hills and the Buckhead core, it is worth a one-line mention to a client who works out. Discounted founding memberships were running at the grand opening; call the studio directly before quoting a client a rate, since franchise pricing changes faster than this post does.
