Careers

Build something
worth your name.

I am hiring across a few seats — licensed agents, sales support, and interns who want to see how a real estate business actually operates. If you care about doing this properly rather than quickly, read on.

Why here

Small team.
High standard.

This is not a volume shop. The work here is neighborhood-level: knowing why one block trades differently from the next, telling clients the honest version, and being the person who actually answers the phone.

You will be trusted with real work Interns here are not making coffee. You will touch live transactions, real data and real clients — with supervision, and with your name on the outcome.
Direct access Small team means you learn from the deals themselves, not from a recording. Questions get answered the same day.
Honest about the hard parts Real estate is inconsistent income, weekend showings and rejection. Anyone who tells you otherwise is recruiting, not hiring.

Open roles

Where we
need people.

2+ years licensed and actively selling

For an agent who already knows how to do the work and wants leverage, not lectures. You keep your clients and your name. What changes is what surrounds you.

What you would do

  • Represent buyers and sellers across Metro Atlanta
  • Run your own pipeline, with support on lead flow and follow-up
  • Handle showings, offers, negotiation and closing coordination
  • Contribute to the neighborhood content and market work this brand runs on

What I am looking for

  • Active Georgia real estate license
  • At least two years licensed with closed transactions to show
  • Reliable transportation and a schedule that fits client hours
  • Comfort with a CRM and consistent follow-up — this is the job
  • Direct communication and a service standard you would defend

Agents affiliate through REAL Broker, LLC as independent contractors. Compensation, splits and caps are discussed directly — ask and I will give you real numbers.

Phone-comfortable · license helpful, not required to start

There is a database here that deserves more attention than one person can give it. This role is the difference between leads sitting and leads converting.

What you would do

  • Work the existing database and new inquiries by phone, text and email
  • Qualify buyers and sellers and set appointments
  • Keep the CRM accurate — notes, stages, next steps
  • Run long-term follow-up on people who are not ready yet

What I am looking for

  • Genuinely comfortable on the phone, including with people who did not expect the call
  • Organized enough to keep a pipeline honest
  • Resilient about no — most of this work is patience
  • Georgia license is a plus and can be supported

This is the highest-leverage seat on the team. Performance-based components are part of the conversation.

Prior Georgia transaction experience preferred

From binding agreement to closing table, nothing falls through. If you are the person who catches the missing signature before it becomes a problem, this is your seat.

What you would do

  • Manage contracts from binding to close
  • Track due diligence, financing and appraisal deadlines
  • Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors and co-op agents
  • Keep files compliant and clients informed at every milestone

What I am looking for

  • Working knowledge of Georgia purchase contracts and timelines
  • Obsessive about dates — the deadline is the job
  • Clear written communication with people under stress
  • Familiarity with a transaction platform and e-signature tools

Volume-based or hourly. Remote friendly.

What you would do

  • Database and CRM upkeep — accurate records, clean data
  • Prepare listing and buyer packets and marketing materials
  • Schedule showings, coordinate vendors, confirm appointments
  • Support market research and neighborhood data work

What I am looking for

  • Organized and genuinely detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new software
  • Professional with clients and vendors, in writing and on the phone
  • Interest in real estate, finance or business

This brand has a voice and an audience already built. It needs someone who can feed both consistently — short-form video, neighborhood content, and the day-to-day of the business.

What you would do

  • Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
  • Plan and run a posting calendar across platforms
  • Turn listings, neighborhood guides and market data into content
  • Track what performs and say so honestly

What I am looking for

  • You can shoot and edit on a phone and make it look good
  • Real fluency in how short-form actually works right now
  • Reliable on deadlines — consistency beats brilliance here
  • A portfolio, a handle, or anything you have made

Paid. Flexible around class schedules. Bring examples of your own work.

What you would do

  • Deliver cuts sized for YouTube, Instagram and listing use
  • Occasional stills for listings and brand work
